SERVICE’S VALUES AND MISSION

The community “Villa Cilla” was found in 1992 and is situated in the fields around Ravenna, in the S. Alberto fraction, is operative in the recovery of people problems related with addiction. We propose a space inside which a host can feel welcomed without a particular bond linked with the permanency period and modality of entry.

The activity of “Saman - Villa Cilla” Residential Community is oriented to the take in charge, treatment and reintegration of people with pathologic addiction problems, psychoactive substances abuse and associated psychiatric disturbances.

- for the co-psychiatric morbidity cases and double diagnosis a specific therapeutic module of ten places have been scheduled.

TYPOLOGY of people received:

- 15 places for drug addicted people;

- 10 places for people with psychiatric comorbility diagnosis;

The main objectives are synthesized in the following points:
1. Reactivation of the person;
2. Psychophysical recovery;
3. Adaptation to the daily life rhythm (sleep- wake up, eating regularity, personal and environmental hygiene);
4. Psychological compensation;
5. Systemic relational support and analysis;
6. Re-qualification of planning area (“What can I do”).

The service is directed to those, without race or sex distinction, who live an uneasiness situation due to alcohol and drug abuse with associated psychological problems; multi-treated individuals, in maintenance and to reduce substitutive pharmacological treatment, foreigners, individuals with alternative measures to prison.
